Portugal and Spain scored three goals each to end the second day of the world cup with a bang. The match could possibly be one of the greatest matches in the history of the mondial with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring 3 times and Spain playing an almost flawless match.

Ronaldo opened the scoring with a well place penalty in the 3rd minute scoring the fastest goal in the world cup thus far, Spain would then retaliate with a goal from Diego Costa in the 24th minute of the match, Ronaldo would score his second goal in the 44th minute of the match ending the first half with a Portugal lead.

Spain came in strong in the second half with a second goal from Diego Costa in the 55th minute, followed shortly by a well placed shot from Nacho in the 58th minute giving Spain the lead. Ronaldo came back to score his third goal by fire shooting a free kick into the net with goal keeper David De Gea doing nothing but watching.
