PM, Tunisian Amb. Discuss Bilateral Co-op

Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly held a meeting on Thursday with the Tunisian ambassador to Egypt Mohamed Bin Youssef.

 

At the outset of the meeting, PM expressed happiness at the Tunisian President Kais Saied's visit to Cairo, which took place a few weeks ago, hailing the deep and fraternal ties between both countries.

 

Moreover, Madbouly valued Tunisia's supportive stances with Egypt regarding Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) crisis.

 

In addition, PM expressed his aspiration to hold meetings of the joint higher committee between Egypt and Tunisia as soon as possible, in order to activate cooperation in all areas that serve the two countries.

 

On his part, the Tunisian ambassador praised the distinguished organization of President Saied's visit to Cairo, especially as it included field visits, through which the president got acquainted with the aspects of the comprehensive boom witnessed by Egypt nowadays.

 

Bin Youssef also stressed that Egypt has become a role model in development and urbanization, healing president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's vision and his remarkable leadership of development efforts in Egypt.
