Egypt’s Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly chaired the governors’ council meeting, to follow up on project implementation rates across different governorates.
The meeting will focus on the necessity of rationalizing electricity consumption in government buildings.
During the meeting, Madbouly affirmed that Egypt is currently pumping huge investmnets in natural gas, which is consisdred the most important resource nowadays, in light of the global crisis experienced by all world countries.
Two days ago, Madbouli said all state’s agencies are exerting notable efforts to deal with global challenges resulted from Ukraine war and to improve the economic and social conditions of citizens, in accordance with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives.
This came during the cabinet’s weekly meeting hosted in New Alamein City to discuss a number of key issues.
Moreover, PM revealed that directives were issued to various state’s agencies to rationalize the use of all kinds of energy including electricity and gas.
