The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts pleasant weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Monday.
It is also foreseen that cold weather will prevail in the Northern coasts, hot weather to prevail in South Sinai, and moderate weather to prevail in South Upper Egypt.
It is also predicted that the country will continue to witness a decline in the temperature.
Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted that winds will be active in South Sinai.
It is also predicted there will be disruption of maritime navigation in the Red Sea, with winds averaging 60 to 70 km/h and waves range between 2.5 to 3 meters.
It is foreseen that cold weather will prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern coasts, and the south of the country, at night.
It is also predicted that pleasant weather will prevail in South Sinai.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 23C in Cairo, 19C in Alexandria, 18C in Marsa Matruh, 25C in Sohag, 27C in Qena, and 30C in Aswan.
