Pasta with peas and chicken is just a square meal that can be prepared in simple steps to save much time in the kitchen.
Having one dish contains multiple nutritional benefits is simply a major achievement for housewives. Here’s the recipe
2 packets pasta
1 kilo chicken legs, cut into cubes
2 liters chicken broth
½ kilo tomato juice
¼ kilo peas
1 big chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt, black pepper, cumin, powdered cilantro
In a pan set on a medium heat, add little oil then add the pasta and stir constantly till all pieces get light golden color.
In another pan, heat 4 tbsp of oil, then add chicken legs and stir till they get a light golden color as well.
In the chicken pan, add chopped onion, garlic as well as cumin, cilantro, salt, pepper and stir all components together.
As a next step, add peas, tomato juice, then cover the pan and set for 15 minutes.
After that, add tomato sauce and chicken broth and let it boil.
Add the pasta and stir for 2 minutes then cover the pan till it boil again.
Stir all components again then turn off the heat and keep it covered for extra 15 minutes till it’s completely done on the steam.
For garnishing, add chopped green cilantro on its top.
