CAIRO, Dec. 30 (SEE) - The Arab World is in a need for commitment to intelligence, political diplomacy and the pursuit of the rules of wise mind. I think this is called "wisdom".

Wisdom is the correct science that does not

accept error; it is not only in the field of economy and investment, but also

in the field of human sciences. In the absence of wisdom, man and states may

fell into a quagmire of endless darkness and conflict. Moreover, the state's

structure will stop gradually including economy, investment, society and

culture as well such as Iraq and Libya where we can witness the opposite

meaning of wisdom. In other words, in the mentioned countries, there are

absence of responsibility and accountability towards history and God.

I'm wondering why Iraqis and Libyans are forced

to involve into conflicts that could be easily avoided. Many scientific errors committed

cannot be recognized by the political science. If such sciences'' theories are

applied correctly, we all will win.

It is necessary, as we speak of reform, that we

have tools and systems to establish the values of reason, tolerance, diligence,

spirit of innovation, openness to others, reception of hatred and intolerance

and investigation of relativity.

We also should abandon in the educational

programs, primary and secondary, sanctify what people prefer or elevation of

opinions to be sacred texts.

I believe that schools are the place where

citizens' values are created such as citizenship, the place where the will of

any people is formed and the factory in which citizens' characters are drawn.

Do we need citizens who believe in sound

sciences, spirit of criticism and reform, building and construction? Or we need

citizens who desert our Muslim societies and shot them under claims of tyranny.

Religious institutions and religious scholars

play a key role in this battle for the sake of correction and reform.

Let’s examine the excommunication and related

issues of Al-Qaeda and ISIS's associates. We have to confront this ideology via

adopting scientific, religious and cultural strategy. The elite scholars,

intellectuals, researchers and thinkers have to take part in this battle too. They

have to fulfill this cultural enlightening project. They are owners of ideas

and they have to guarantee their ideas' spread, in coordination with the state

institutions which shall provide them with morale and financial aid.

To be brief, we need wisdom in all of our Arab

World's countries. Wisdom can assist reforms. It has the ability to establish

the public political sphere and make sure that the Muslims' ideology will

remain sound and moderate. All state institutions must cooperate and cope with

the ongoing situations and prepare for the future.

I believe that wisdom can do all the mentioned

tasks as it can cope with the reality and characteristics of each country.

Libya's persity differs from Jordan. Egypt is not Saudi Arabia. Morocco is

not like Tunisia. France is neither like Britain nor Germany. Germany is not

like the United States.

Each country has special characteristics;

however wisdom was the main player in achieving progress in all successful countries.

In our countries, religion is for everyone and no one has the authority to

force others to do anything.

If we consider Iraq during the era of Saddam

Hussein, Syria in the era of Bashar Assad and Libya in Ghaddafi's era, they all

suffered lack of wisdom. That absence led to presence of ISIS and similar

groups.

Why were not the Islamic sciences developed so scholars can succeed in such scientific branches? The answer is because wisdom was not present then. It was a problem of visions. The absence of wisdom causes pressures on Muslims and Arabs. Contradictions are an outcome of the wisdom's lack. When some Islamic parties claim that they are the only ancestor of the forefathers in the doctrine, this is because the absence of wisdom. This behavior led to make their beliefs sacred. This is the fatal mistake; the absence of wisdom, which only God can help us to overcome and solve.
