Egypt’s international midfielder Omar Marmoush edges closer to moving to La Liga side Espanyol.
According to a report from Spanish newspaper “Sport,” the Egyptian midfielder has handed an official offer from Espanyol.
Sport claimed that the La Liga side offered a 5 million Euros to sign the Wolfsburg’s midfielder. Marmoush’s contract with with the German side ends in June 2023.
The Egyptian Player had received several offer from many clubs , most notably Brentford, Espanyol, and Stuttgart.
Marmoush managed to lead his team to reach the second round DFB-Pokal after netting the decisive goal in the injury time.
Omar Marmoush managed to prove himself and book a place among the Egyptian national team’s squad, leading the Pharaohs to reach the 2021 AFCON final.
