Barcelona announced on Friday the signing of Jules Kounde from Sevilla in a deal worth up to 50 million euro.
The French center back is set to undergo the medical test, before joining the Blaugrana in their official preparation for the next season.
Kounde had made 11 appearances with France international team, as he marked his debut in 2021.
On the other hand, he made 133 caps for the La Liga club, guiding them to claim the Europa League title as he moved to them in 2019.
