Australian Denis Mowbray, President of the Oceania Gymnastics Federation, praised Egypt's organization of the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics, which is currently being held at Cairo International Stadium with the participation of 70 countries.
Dennis Maubray said: "The Egyptian organization of this edition of the World Cup is special, the opening was wonderful and I liked the music and performances that included the ceremony, and it was a professional work that I enjoyed watching."
He added: The championship is witnessing development thanks to the wonderful organization of the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation headed by Dr. Ihab Amen, and Egypt has good sports capabilities of halls and stadiums.
The President of the Oceania Gymnastics Federation concluded, "The Egyptian Federation has done excellent work during 5 years and we can see the great development of Egyptian gymnastics as a result of teamwork and a great outlook for the future."
The International Gymnastics Federation had previously granted Egypt the honor of hosting the championship for three years in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
A total of 293 players from 70 countries participated in the tournament.
