On Wednesday, A pro-North Korean newspaper in Japan, said if the principle of force vs. force continues regarding the US-North Korea relations, it will lead to an “unexpected” situation.
“North Korea is prepared for all possibilities under the banner of direct confrontation,” Choson Sinbo newspaper explained.
The newspaper emphasized that Pyongyang had expressed its clear position that it would not sit face to face with Washington until the latter reversed its aggressive policy against it.
Choson Sinbo stated that the Asian country is expected to tighten self-defense measures in the future with threats to national safety and the worsening security situation in the region.
According to the paper, North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un has identified more combat missions to be carried out in the country’s armed forces and defense research sector.
The newspaper added that the application of the principle of force versus force is not only limited to the development of advanced weapons or the launching of a new type of missile, which raises speculation that this will take into account a nuclear test.
