CAIRO, Jan.20 (SEE)- French champions Paris St. Germain have revealed the full extent of the Brazilian International Neymar Jr's injury on Wednesday. He is expected to spend a long spell on the sidelines now, as he is expected to spend 10 weeks away from the pitch.
Paris Saint-Germain confirmed that Neymar will miss both matches of their Champions League last-16 against Manchester United through injury.
The Brazilian sustained a metatarsal injury in his right foot during PSG's clash against Strasbourg in the round 16 of the French Cup on 23 January and he received a thorough examination at the club's training ground on Tuesday.
Neymar suffered a similar injury last February that kept him out of the remainder of the 2017-18 season, including the second leg of the Champions League defeat to winners Real Madrid.
