New Pictures of Netherlands' Queen Released to Mark Her 50th Birthday

On Sunday, Queen Máxima of the Netherlands celebrated her 50th birthday.

In this regard, the palace marked the occasion by releasing a series of candid photos taken by her husband King Willem-Alexander.

The palace captioned it, "Queen Máxima will turn 50 tomorrow!"

The three photos show the gorgeous Queen enjoying the lush grounds of the Huis ten Bosch, in The Hague - one of three official royal residences, looking classy and stylish in a white roll neck jumper and houndstooth jacket.

Also in this regard, the Buenos Aires-born Queen Máxima, who married King Willem-Alexander in 2002, celebrated her birthday by attending a concert held in her honour.

Meanwhile, the Royal Netherlands members and European leaders took to Social Media on Saturday to wish the Queen a happy birthday.

Notably, the closed couple often marks their Royal occasions with portraits taken by the duchess, including a recent post celebrating Prince Louis's third birthday, showing him riding a bike.

In the same context, nationally her birthday has been celebrated with the release of a new sheet of stamps by the Netherlands' Post Office featuring the Queen, according to Dutch News.

It's worth mentioning that the stunning photos were taken at the beginning of this month by the King in the garden of Huis ten Bosch Palace, according to Netherlands' media.
