Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday that Iran is 'clearly' responsible for the blast which struck an Israeli-owned ship in the Gulf of Oman last week.

“This operation was indeed carried out by Iran. That is clear,” Netanyahu said, adding, “We are striking at Iran all over the region.”

"We will not allow Iran to possess a nuclear weapon, either with or without an agreement," Israeli PM affirmed.

Last Friday, an explosion in the Gulf of Oman hit a ship named (MV Helios Ray) owned by an Israeli company. A U.S. defense official said that the explosion had caused holes in both sides of the vessel’s hull.
