The Egyptian international Mostafa Mohamed, who recently moved from Zamalek to the Turkish Galatasaray on loan, revealed the truth about accusations of courting a Turkish girl and asking for her phone number.

Mohamed said in statements to the Egyptian "Veto" website: "Everything that is reported in this regard is completely untrue,"

He then added that he has been in Turkey for only 3 days, so how would it be possible for him to communicate with a girl!

A Turkish girl had shared a post on her Instagram account, in which she claimed that she had had a conversation with Mostafa Mohamed, who asked for her personal phone number in order to correspond with her through "WhatsApp" application.

After the matter escalated and the Galatasaray club confirmed that they would take all legal measures against that girl, she deactivated her personal Instagram account.

Mohamed arrived in Turkey on January 31, and had his first training session with his new teammates in Galatasaray on the next day.

He quickly merged with the Turkish team, as he scored a goal in his first participation on Tuesday.

The Egyptian international moved to Galatasaray on loan for a season and a half, for $ 2 million, with a clause entitled to final purchase for $ 4 million.
