French reports claimed on Saturday that Zamalek's forward Mostafa Mohamed would force the White Knights' management to let him leave the team.

Mohamed had been in talks with a possible move to French club AS Saint-Étienne, but the French team failed to reach a common ground with the Egyptian club regarding the financial issues.

Zamalek requested EGP 7 million to let the Egyptian national team's first-choice leave, despite Mohamed's desire to make a new adventure in Europa.

"peuple-vert.fr" website, which is very close to the French club, highlighted the exclusion of Zamalek's head coach Jaime Pacheco to the Egyptian forward from tonight's Egyptian Premier League encounter against Tala'ea El Gaish.

The website said that the 23-year-old star continues his rebellion against the Egyptian club, which is the reason behind his exclusion from the squad.

It also asserted that his status would force Zamalek to let him leave.

It is worth mentioning that the Egyptian striker made two caps with the White Knights during the current season, netting two goals against Al Mokawlon and Pyramids.
