Zamalek former midfielder Mostafa Fathy missed Saudi’s Al-Taawoun preparatory camp for the next season amid Al Ahly’s talks.
Several reports claimed that Fathy edged closer to moving to the Red Devils from the next season.
On July 19th, Saudi’s Al-Taawoun said the Fathy is not for sale during the summer transfer window.
Saudi newspaper “Sport” said that Al Ahly of Egypt presented an official offer to sign the player, but Al-Taawoun refused their request.
The newspaper added that the Saudi Pro League club confirmed that Fathy is not for sale, especially after his brilliant performance with the club during the previous season.
The Egyptian international player joined Al-Taawoun during the last summer transfer as he signed a three-year contract with the club
