On Friday, the President of Al Ahly Sports club Mahmoud El Khatib, accompanied by Osama Hosny, visited Modern Future football star Ahmed Refaat in the hospital.
El Khatib checked the medical update of Refaat, expressing his support for the player. Al Ahly's icon also wished Refaat a speedy recovery.
Refaat was moved from Alexandria to Cairo to continue his treatment after spending almost three weeks in Alexandria after collapsing in the playground during Future's game against Alexandria's Al Ittihad.
Refaat's medical condition is constantly improving, according to medical sources. The sources added that Refaat is aware, starting to move around, and eating light meals.
It is worth noting that the player was transferred to the hospital after having a heart attack during the game.
