Salah was awarded the prize after a public referendum on the club’s official website, allowing Mo to beat all Liverpool players in August.

In September, Salah received the player of the month award with his team Liverpool for August as he enjoyed a lovely start to the season scoring three goals.

During this current season, the Reds' star netted six goals and made another three assists during his participation with his club in all the competitions so far.

Noteworthy, the scan, which Salah took, revealed on Monday, October 7 that the Egyptian international suffered no major injury to his ankle.

Mo Salah suffered a serious injury and was replaced by Adam Lallana during the Reds’ 2-1 victory over the Foxes after he was hacked down by Hamza Choudhury.
