Ministry of Immigration Opens Real Estate Expo in Dubai

Nabila Makram, Minister of Immigration and Expatriate Egyptian Affairs (IEEA), opened the real estate exhibition named” The Nile Real Estate” in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

A host of Arab and foreign investors and businessmen attend and a group of the leading companies in developing real estate in Egypt took part in the exhibition.

The exhibition of the “Nile Real Estate” is considered as one of the most important tools to export the real estate, support that industry and put it on the regional and international maps.

The exhibition creates an opportunity to the developers of the real estate to present their projects to a bigger numbers of the expatriates Egyptians, the Arabs and members of the foreign communities in the UAE, who want to own real estate in Egypt.

The Nile Real Estate is a strong opportunity to show the competitive advantages of the Egyptian real estate and attract the buyers to push the Egyptian economy and open new horizons to it.

Makram, said that the exhibition is a promising and distinguished window to promote the Egyptian marker of real estate.

It coincides with idea of exporting the Egyptian real estate abroad which President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is keen on widening it.

Dr. Mustafa Madbouli, PM supports that idea to reflect the image of the development projects within the frame of the sustainable strategy until 2030 that adopted by Egypt.

The minister pointed out that another fair named “ Torathna- Our Heritage” will be held in sideline of the real estate one within the protocol signed between the IEEA And the Small and Micro Enterprises Agency.

The ministry and the agency cooperate to offer ideas the Egyptians abroad to assimilate them to the fields of development in the country.

The agency seeks to promotes its services in providing finance to youths who want to launch small and minimum projects, especially in governorates where the illegal immigration prevails.

It also works to promote its products among the Egyptian communities abroad to market the handcraft and heritage wares.

The series of the Nile Real Estate” aim to promote the idea of exporting the Egyptian real estate in the Arab region, especially as Egypt saw a renaissance in the field of construction in last few years.

A number of cities came to existence such as the New Administrative Capital and Al Almeen Al Gadida which includes dozens of the residential projects with international architectural designs.

The idea of the “Nile Real Estate” is based on widening the market of the investment in real estate within the Egyptian territories.

The exhibition enables the major developers of the real estate to present their new projects through new agents in the Arab region to open new markets and push that industry ahead.

The exhibition also enables the Egyptian companies to increase sales of their housing units and supports the general trend of the state to attract more foreign investment in all fields.

Bassem Kalilla, chairman of Expo Republic Company, which organizes the exhibition and the conference, said that launching the third version of the Nile Real Estate after the success of the two previous versions.

A big Arab audience came to the exhibition so the major Egyptian of real estate wanted to repeat the experiment, come to the Arab market and sell the new housing abroad.

Kalilla added that more than 30 major real estate developers will participate in the coming exhibitions.

They will present various new models with discounts and facilities to the Arab audience who seek to buy housing units in Egypt.

The Egyptian Ministry of Housing has launched a new pavilion to show the real estate in the new sustainable cities.
