Military Jet Crashes in Turkey

On Friday, a military jet crashed in Turkey, however, its crew was successfully rescued, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced.

Until now, no further details have been provided except mentioning that the airplane was a training aircraft.

A Turkish military jet has been crashed on Wednesday causing the death of its pilot, Turkish media agencies confirmed on Wednesday.

The jet has fallen in the center of Konya city. Furthermore, the medical team and a group of firefighters rushed immediately to the scene.

The news confirmed the death of the pilot who conducted a training flight by the jet. Moreover, the NF-5 jet previously participated in several air performances of the Turkish military air forces.

Shortly, the Turkish Ministry of Defense officially confirmed the accident in an official statement, adding that the reasons for the crash have not been revealed yet, however, investigations will start soon.
