Menna Shalaby Debuts New Hairstyle

Egyptian actress, Menna Shalaby decided to change her look, especially after her hair got longer after cutting it last year.

Social media users the video of the actress during her visit to the beauty salon, which featured her in a dyed blonde color.

The look had received mixed reactions from her fans across the social media network between those who liked her new look and those who favored her dark brown hair.

The 37-year-old actress changes up her stylish tresses once in a while, but she just debuted one of her most adventurous looks yet.

Shalaby’s latest artistic work is movie “Scarecrow”, which premiered in Eid al-Adha holidays.

The film co-stars Ahmed Helmy, Menna Shalaby, Khaled El Sawy, Bayoumi Fouad, Lotfy Labib, Abdel Rahman Abou Zahra, and others.

It was written by Abdel Rahim Kamal and directed by Khaled Marei.

The actress, born on July 24, 1981, is the daughter of the famous dancer and performer Zizi Mustafa

She displayed a passion for performing from a very early age, no doubt due to the exposure to the industry her mother's fame provided.

Shalaby made her film debut in "Al Saher" (The Magician) as Nour in 2001. She scored her next a leading role alongside prominent actress Layla Elwy in 2004 movie "Baheb El Seema".

Since then, Shalaby co-starred with some of the most talented actors and directors, like Youssef Chahine with "Heya Fawda" (2007), Ahmed Abdallah with "Microphone" (2010) and Yousry Nasrallah with "After the Battle" (2012) about the infamous Battle of the Camel during the January 25 uprising.

Her other film credits include "Banat Wust el Balad" (2005), "Ouija" (2006) and "Ezaet Hob" (2011).

She is known for her roles in 2011 film “Bebo we Basher”, in 2010 film “Nour Einy”, in 2006 film “An El Eshq Wel Hawa”, in 2005 film “Banat West El balad”, in 2004 film “Enta omry”, in 2004 film “Baheb El Cima”, in 2015 TV series “Nyran Sadeeqa”, and in 2002 “Ayna qalbi”.

Shalaby is one of the brightest actresses in the younger generation of Egyptian stars.
