The "Transformers" actress Megan Fox took Wednesday a big step from her husband actor/producer Brian Austin Green.

Fox filed for porce in LA from Green and is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s three children, Noah Shannon, Bodhi Ransom, and Journey River.

She also asked to forestall spousal support for both halves of the couple.

It comes three days after Fox made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly at the 2020 American Music Awards on Sunday.

Green officially confirmed the former couple had parted ways in May, after nearly 10 years of marriage. They split after Fox spent spending more and more time with the heavily tattooed 30-year-old rapper.

The former couple met for the first time on the set of the TV series “Hope & Faith” in 2004 when the actress was 18 and Green was 30, the two felt an immediate attraction to one another.

In 2006, the couple got engaged after dating for about two years, however, they broke it off in 2009. They got engaged once again over a year later and got married soon after in 2010.

After welcoming their eldest sons, Fox was first spotted without her wedding ring in 2014 and filed for porce the following year, citing irreconcilable differences.
