The House of Representatives approved the nomination of Major General Mohamed Salah El Din as Minister of Military Production, to succeed Major General Mohamed Ahmed Morsi.
Salah El-Din was born in September 1960. In 1983, he graduated. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in July 1983 (Military Technical College) and a Bachelor of Military Sciences.
The new Minister of Military Production also received the Long Service and Good Example Medal of the first class, the Medal of Excellent Service, the January 25 Medal, and the Military Duty Medal of the first class.
The Minister of Military Production rose in several positions, including the commander of the Parachute Brigade workshop, assistant director of vehicles for armament 2009, deputy head of the Armed Forces Armament Authority 2016, head of the technical sectors of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, advisor to the Director General of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and advisor to the Minister of State for Military Production, then the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Authority for Military Production.
