Marsa Alam International Airport will receive 20 international flights, carrying 3000 passengers, several European countries by this weekend, media agencies reported on Wednesday.
It is expected that the airport will receive today four flights, and 12 for Thursday, and 4 on Friday.
Early this week, Marsa Alam International Airport announced receiving 30 flights, the majority of them are coming from European countries.
The weekly number of received international flights at the airport reached 69 since last week which is a new record number for the airport.
According to the Marsa Alam International Airport's schedule, 60 flights are expected to arrive from Europe, alongside three domestic flights, and other six international flights from non-European countries.
In addition, three flights from Belgium, four from the Netherlands, eight from Italy, 12 from Germany, 15 from the Czech Republic, 16 from Poland, three from Switzerland, and three domestic flights operated by Egypt Air are among the scheduled flights this week.
