Egypt national team and Stuttgart forward Omar Marmoush has been nominated for the 2022 Bundesliga Rookie of the Season award.
Earlier this season, the 23-year-old was sent on loan to VfB Stuttgart on a season-long loan from VfL Wolfsburg after failing to convince then-head coach Mark van Bommel.
Marmoush has since enjoyed what has arguably been his best campaign at the top level, scoring three goals and providing four assists in 21 appearances, of which he started most of them.
His impressive performances and feats earned him two Rookie of the Month awards for September and March.
The Egyptian will now be battling for another major trophy as he has a chance to win the Rookie of the Season award.
