CAIRO, Nov. 17 (SEE)- Minister of Immigration and Expatriates' Affairs Nabila Makram and Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark Pope Tawadros II attended on Saturday celebrations of 100th anniversary of Sunday School at the Orthodox Coptic Cultural Center.

A Sunday School is an educational institution, presented by Orthodox churches and catered to children and other young people who would be working on weekdays.

Makram submitted to Pope Tawadros II a research paper entitled "Sunday deepens Children's national identity."

She noted that her speech that she gave during the celebration is inspired by her childhood when she used to attend the Sunday School classes.

"These classes play a key role in building our young expats' characters," Makram said.

During her speech, Makram warned of social media dangers. She stressed that "I pay a great attention to the expats' second and third generations to correct some ideas that they have about Egypt."

"Later on, those young expats will be the first to defend Egypt and correct themselves wrong images about their country overseas," Makram
