Egyptian superstar, Mahmoud El Esseily has apologised to his fans for his behavior that was deemed improper.

El Esseily has come under fire after social media users circulated one of his video at a concert. The video featured the Egyptian superstar embarrassing a fan for wanting to take a photo with him.

"Do you know someone important to want to take a photo with me? if I took a photo with you, then should I do the same thing with all the attendees?" he said.

El Esseily was widely criticized for his statement, but what the public doesn’t know is, that person had previously pictured with him twice back in 2018.

The photos can be found on the fan's Instagram account, along with numerous photos he took with other celebrities.

El Esseily issued an apology via his Twitter account for the way he behaved and stated that he misused his expression, as any artist knows that he is nothing without his audience and expressed sincere apologies once again for those who were upset by the video.

He pointed out in a second tweet that he told that person repeatedly that he would not be able to take a picture with him since he could not do the same thing with everybody else.

"He was pushy and yelling very loud that I was not able to sing, unfortunately, I told him what I said in good faith," he continued.
