The official poster and first look at the sixth and final season of Egyptian singer-actor Hamada Helal's TV series "Al Maddah" have been unveiled.
Season one of the series premiered in 2021 and spawned six seasons: "Al Maddah: Ostouret Al Wadi" (2022), "Al Maddah: Ostouret El Ishq" (2023), "Al Maddah: Ostouret Al Wadi" (2024), "Al Maddah: Ostouret El Ahd" (2025), and "Al Maddah: Ostouret El Nehaya" (2026).
The series followed Saber (Helal), who was adopted and raised by an imam of the mosque (Bedir), as he harnesses his religious learning for bad deeds that lead to many ordeals.
The official logline for the upcoming season reads: "After giving up his powers for love, Al Maddah finds himself up against a formidable adversary from the depths of the underworld—sending him on a perilous quest to restore his strength and stop evil from breaking loose."
The series features the return of previous cast members Hamada Helal, Fathy Abdel Wahab, Hamza El Eily, Heba Magdi, Donia Abd Elaziz, Hanan Suliman, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Afaf Rashad, Tarek El Nahry, and Tamer Shaltout.
It also introduces newcomers Khaled Anwar, Mofeed Ashour, Alaa Morsy, Faten Saeed, and Ayman Azb.
Ahmed Samir Farag directed the series from a screenplay by Amin Gamal, Walid Abu Al-Majd, and Sherif Yousry.
"Al Maddah" season 6 is set to screen on the "MBC Masr" satellite TV channel and "Shahid" during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
