All what you need is colored napkins, some cartoon boards, white and golden acrylic paints, painting brush, burlup strings, glue-cement, scissor and a pencil.

Use a round plate to draw 5 crescents and a ruler to draw 5 stars on the cartoon surface, then cut the shapes by the scissor.

Color all the shapes by the white acrylic color to hide the cartoon’s brown color then let them dry.

After that,  cover the stars only by the golden color, then set aside to dry.

For the 5 crescents, stick the colored tissues on them using the glue-cement and after they are totally stuck, add another glue protective layer on their top.

Make a small hole on top of all shapes using the scissor then use a burlup string to connect them all beside each other, then hang them on the wall.

Islamic ornament

Surf the internet for any Islamic ornament shapes, then print them and apply the same drawings on the cartoon.

Cut them and stick napkins only on parts of them using the same sticking technique.

For other empty parts, color them with the golden color.

Golden lantern

Bring a plain lantern, then stick napkins on it using the same above technique and color other unreachable parts with the same golden color.

After it’s completely dry, wrap the lantern’s top with a nice golden ribbon to match the entire new corner.

As a final step, you can add some frames, mirrors, candles, or cushions according to your own choice and enjoy your new fancy corner for Ramadan.
