Liverpool Sign Olympiakos Left-Back Kostas Tsimikas

Liverpool on Monday has announced the signing of Olympiakos left-back Kostas Tsimikas in a deal worth up to £11.7 million.

The 24-year-old has joined the Premier League champions as he will stay at Anfield for five years and is expected to provide competition for Andy Robertson.

On his part, He expressed his pleasure at joining the Reds, saying that he believes he has joined "the biggest club in the world."

"I'm very happy, I'm very proud to be here," Tsimikas said.

"It's an honour to be here and I will give my best. For me, [it's] the biggest club in the world," he added.
