Liverpool Regains League Leadership with 3-0 Win Over Bournemouth

CAIRO, Feb.9 (SEE)- Liverpool regained their English premier League leadership after defeating Bournemouth with three clean goals in the 26th round of the league. Mohamed Salah regained his scoring abilities adding a 17th goal to his name and topping the top scorer’s list.

The Reds started the match with a full on offensive fury, with their first major scoring chance coming in the 12th minute after Sadio Mane passed the ball to Roberto Firmino, who went one on one with goal but the keeper made a successful save.

Mane scored Liverpool’s first goal in the 23rd minute after heading Milner’s cross into the net of Bournemouth. Finaldom scored Liverpool’s second goal in the 34th minute placing it a top of the goal keeper. Salah ended the night’s scoring with Liverpool’s third goal, giving the reds the win.

Liverpool now hold 65 points, with a 3 point difference from second place holders Manchester City, while Bournemouth still remains at 33 points.
