CAIRO, Nov. 26 (SEE) – ‘Cleopatra Real Estate’ displayed its latest housing projects, attracting visitors from all over the world to ‘Excell’ hall, eastern London, where ‘Real Estate Egypt’ exhibition was held. The exposition was wrapped up yesterday.
Egyptian Ambassador to UK Mr. Tarek Adel toured ‘Cleopatra’s section, accompanied by Board Chairman Mr. Mohamed Abu El Enein, to get a close look at the latest projects implemented by the company and expressed his admiration.
Mr. Adel tour was the first ‘national’ event he attended after assuming his post in London.
The ‘Real Estate Egypt’ exhibition is the largest display of Egyptian real estate in Europe, and includes all the national mega housing projects implemented especially at the new administrative capital as well as the ‘Alamein’ city, in addition to the participation of big real estate companies.
The exhibition which is held under the auspices of PM Mustafa Madbouli, came in response to the repeated requests by Egyptians living abroad in their bid to afford units at their homeland.
‘Cleopatra’ implemented several unique but also mega projects in some most luxurious locations at 6 October city, Al-Shorouk, Nasr City and Alexandria governorate.
The ‘Square’ compound is one of those projects and it is considered as one of the most beautiful spot in 6 October city, minutes from downtown Cairo. It includes units with several areas, Italian designs, shopping mall, entire security circuit all in addition to unique privacy provided.
The same goes with ‘Palace’ compound at Al-Shorouk city, located near the airport, and added with green spaces, and landscape. It was built on an area of 200 thousand cubic meter, with all utilities provided; it has 16 blocks, each of 4 floors, basement and a parking.
‘Cleopatra’ also has ‘Plaza’ project, at the heart of Alexandria governorate, a housing and commercial project at a unique location by the sea and the historical falls garden. The project was built on an area of more than 5000 meter, and minutes away from Nozha airport and Bibliotheca Alexandria.
The same name is carried by a project built at the heart of Nasr City, minutes away from the conference center and the downtown.
‘Cleopatra’ always serves its clients on principles of immediate delivery, where clients can immediately move and reside once they sign contracts. They can choose always among a group of different areas with Italian designs, security, and privacy provided.
