Bloodshot is an American superhero movie that was produced in 2020. It was based on the Valiant comic book that holds the same title.

It is the first installment in a series of movies set within a Valiant Comics shared cinematic universe.

The movie follows a soldier, recently killed in action, who is brought back to life by a tech corp. He soon learns that the company has control over his mind, despite his unstoppable powers.

It have grossed $25.1 million globally, as of March 19, 2020, against a production budget of $45 million, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Bloodshot was released on March 13, 2020, by Sony Pictures Releasing, after previously being scheduled to release on February 21, 2020.

It scored 30% from Rotten Tomatoes, 5.7/10 from IMDb, and 44% from Metacritic, while 85% of Google users liked it.

One of the most trusted measurements of quality for Movies & TV, Rotten Tomatoes’s critical consensus reads, “Bloodshot gives Vin Diesel a solid opportunity to indulge in old-school action that should satisfy fans, even if the end result is disappointingly mediocre.”.
