Kylie Jenner has secured a permanent restraining order against a fan that tried several times to approach the billionaire at her mansion in Holmby Hills, California.
On Monday, a Los Angeles judge ordered the obsessed fan, Jrue Mesgan, to stay away from the beauty mogul and not harass her.
The ruling comes weeks after legal documents were filed by Jenner’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, to secure another layer of protection against Mesgan.
Mesgan has a long history with the billionaire.
In December 2021, he was arrested after violating a temporary restraining order by going to her Holmby Hills estate and buzzing the gate.
Mesgan was charged with two misdemeanors counts after his attempt. He was charged with violating a protective order and violating a court order.
He was also held on $20K bail.
Mesgan went to Jenner’s home on multiple occasions over the past few months in an attempt to see her. She responded by getting a stay-away order which was violated in December.
It has not been an easy time for the make-up mogul as she has been the target of several obsessed fans.
Earlier in December, a man was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing after he allegedly attempted to profess his love and propose to her.
The 23-year-old suspect had hopped a fence in Jenner’s neighborhood with flowers, in hopes of reaching the reality star but ended up knocking on her neighbor’s door.
Police were called to the scene and spoke with the individual who was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing and taken in for booking.
In June 2021, a man attempting to profess his love for the beauty mogul was arrested. He was familiar with her security detailing but cooperative in the past when asked to leave the property.
He refused to leave until he got a chance to see Jenner face to face which led to his arrest. The man put up a fight in order to see her despite the beauty mogul was not home at the time of the incident.
The beauty mogul’s security team detained him until police arrived who booked him for misdemeanor trespassing before being released.
More recently, a man was arrested after he allegedly jumped Jenner’s fence and set off fireworks.
Both Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner also have restraining orders against another man who tried to hit both of their homes on the same day.
Jenner is currently expecting her second child with her partner Travis Scott. They already have daughter Stormi Webster together.
The billionaire recently held a baby shower for the second child at her Holmby Hills estate.
Jenner’s sisters, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kendall had attended the event.
She shared photos on Instagram from the white-and-gold giraffe-themed baby shower.
