The partner of the Karim Benzema, the American model Jordan Ozuna revealed the reason for her conversion to Islam, after the former Real Madrid striker moved to the ranks of Al-Ittihad Jeddah club in Saudi Arabia.
Jordan, who gave birth to Benzema's fourth child, explained in an interview with "Yo Dona" magazine, excerpts from which were quoted by the Spanish newspaper "Marca" that she had converted to Islam in a Madrid mosque, and that she could not hold back her feelings and tears after pronouncing the two testimonies of faith.
In addition, the American model insisted that her interest in Islam is serious and that after researching a lot about its details, she came to the conclusion that it is a "beautiful" religion.
Ozuna said that she cried while reading the Quran, during the month of Ramadan, highlighting her reading of the book "The Sacred Path to Islam", which tells the story of a Christian who eventually converted to Islam.
Ozuna also revealed that she did not know how famous Benzema was before they met for the first time, due to her lack of knowledge of European football news well.
She described her life partner as an "amazing man," pointing out that her father was a boxer, and she was not allowed to watch his fights when she was a child.
