The Japanese Ambassador in Cairo Noki Masaki praised Egypt's success in organizing the Handball World Cup despite the harsh conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ambassador described, through the embassy account on the social networking site "Facebook", the organization of the Handball World Cup that it was wonderful.
He said: "I would like to commend Egypt very much for its success in hosting the Handball World Cup, despite the harsh conditions due to the emerging coronavirus.
The ambassador thanked the Egyptian government for its generous treatment, including the reception of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, of the Japanese team upon their arrival at the airport.
