Today, Thursday, the Israeli authorities decided to extend the ban on entry of nationals of the foreign countries until the beginning of next August.

Ynet, an Israeli English- daily newspaper, revealed that the authorities informed the travel agencies of this procedure.

The paper stated that any travelers are prohibited to enter any Israeli people or non-permanent residents of Israel, including transit trips.

Earlier, the Israeli authorities had decided to extend the entry ban for foreigners which was imposed in an attempt to reduce the pandemic of the Coronavirus until July 1.

Also, after the continuation of the Corona pandemic, Israel decided to make room by next Sunday, to permit more Palestinian workers.

The Palestinian workers must stay in on the Israeli territories for at least 3 weeks.

According to the Israeli army, during this period, Palestinian workers will be required to stay until Friday, July 17, and during this stay no Palestinian workers returning to the West Bank will be allowed to come to work in Israel.

The decision excluded Palestinian workers who have work and health licenses in the area of health and nursing, as well as in"Atarot", an Israeli industrial zone, where they will be allowed to continue entering daily.

The decision also stipulates that employers bear the responsibility to guarantee the rights of Palestinian workers and the arrangements for their accommodation in accordance with appropriate conditions, and in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Health in Israel.

The move aims, as announced by the Israeli authorities, to reduce movement between areas and to curb the disease of the Coronavirus and its spread, in order to ensure the health of the public in the entire region.

On the other hand, Maj. Gen. Tamir Yadea, Commander of the Internal Front in the Israeli Defense Forces ( IDF) assured that the crisis of the Coronavirus will prolong to the months to come, warning that the threats of the deadly virus may hold in Israel for at least one year.

Yadea urges the Israelis not to fancy that the threats of the Coronavirus will clear out in the short range, adding that the normal life won't resume after the Easter.

He stressed that it is better to inform the people on a strategy to confront the virus not to manipulate them on how to leave out quarantine.

The Commander of the Internal Commandment in Israel went on to say that the economic lockdown couldn't continue for a long time, suggesting that Israel should be pided to three areas, the first one cooled in green which indicate the less infected area in Israel.

The second area should be colored in yellow which means high rate infections with the Coronavirus. However, the red area means the highest infected district compared with the other areas.

He revealed that there are twelve red areas now in Israel. Those districts include Jerusalem, Beni Barak, an uptown in Tel Aviv, the capital city of Israel along with ten other areas but he did not name them.

Yadae affirmed that the target of the Israeli government must extend to prevent converting the safer areas to red ones. He asked the authorities to mitigate the strict measurements in selectively and gradually.

He claimed that the removing of the hard regulations linked to the Coronavirus should depend on the color of the area and other criteria such as the density of population, the social and economic stances, behavior of the residents, percentage of the old people and effectiveness of local authorities.

On the other hand, the Israeli authorities imposed full lockdown throughout the country.
