In love of Egypt, fans shine in Cairo stadium

President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi greeted football fans visiting Egypt  and declared the opening of the 32nd African Cup of Nations. FIFA President Gianni Infantino, CAF chief Ahmad Ahmad, Prime Minister Mostafa MadboulI, Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi attended the tournament's opening ceremony. Cairo stadium is full of fans from all over the African Continent. The playground was decorated with the Pyramids while the fireworks started the celebration. The show had the shining pyramids as usual with African map. The opening ceremony included the pharaonic costume and the Egyptian Tanora as well which expresses some of the Egyptian traditions.

A map of Africa is also shown at the heart of the pyramids. The bright colors reflected also the African culture their colors and costumes. The trio started the song "We Are Together" "Metgamaeen" with the Ivorian female singer Dobet Gnahoré, then the Nigerian singer, Femi Anikulapo-Kuti ending with the popular Egyptian singer Hakeem.
