The Red Sea Ports Authority decided on Saturday to re-open Hurghada maritime port in the Red Sea Governorate as the weather has improved.

On Friday, the authority announced the closure of the port due to the bad weather conditions.

The winds speed reached 30 northwest knots, while the waves height reached 2-3 meters hence all marine activities on the small and large marine units have stopped, in order to preserve the safety of maritime navigation.
