Hot Weather Prevails Egypt on Friday, Cairo 34C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue to witness a rise in the temperature and hot weather, during daylight hours on Friday.

Hot weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northwestern coasts, while South Sinai, North and South Upper Egypt will see extremely hot conditions.

It is also foreseen that pleasant weather will prevail in the Eastern coasts.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted that the country will witness occasional wind activity in Cairo, and Lower Egypt. Winds will also be active in South Sinai.

Active winds are expected in the far west of the country, causing blowing sand and dust to occur.

Cold atmospheric conditions are foreseen to prevail pleasant weather from the north of the country to the north of Upper Egypt, which will be moderate in the south of Upper Egypt, at night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34C in Cairo, 24C in Alexandria, 30C in Marsa Matruh, 37C in Sohag, 37C in Qena, and 36C in Aswan.
