Hot Temperatures Expected to Hit Egypt for Two Days

The country will be hit by a wave of hot weather on Sunday and Monday, with temperatures expected to rise to 40 degrees Celsius, according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA).

 

Extremely hot weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the South of the country.

 

Hot weather is also predicted to prevail along the Northern coasts.

 

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted winds will be active in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern coasts, and North Upper Egypt.

 

Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail across the country, at night.
