Ghada Abdel Razek Gets Married for 12th Time

Egyptian actress, Ghada Abdel Razek got married to the director of photography, Haitham Zantia of her TV series “Sultana Al Moez”.

Abdel Razek and Zinatia romance rumors first circulated in 2012, who had worked together on TV series "Hekayet Hayah" in 2012.

Some speculate that their relationship was the cause of the bad blood between them and the series director, Mohamed Sami.

The couple kept breaking up and getting back together until they got married at the location set of TV series “Sultana Al Moez” two weeks ago.

Abdel Razek expressed in a press statement her happiness with this step, noting that she always seeks family stability.

This will be the actress’s twelfth time to tie the knot as she revealed previously that she had married 11 times; her first marriage happened when she was 17 years old.

The 54-year-old actress revealed in a press statement that celebrated her Katb El-Kitab ceremony (the traditional Islamic portion of the wedding festivities) at the location set.

She explained that they will hold a simple wedding after the Eid (Eid al-Fitr), and intends to spend her honeymoon in El Gouna.

Abdel Razek is currently filming the rest of her scenes in the series, which is currently on screening in the holy month of Ramadan.

TV series “Sultana Al Moez” also stars Mahmoud Abdel-Moghni, Mohamed Lotfy, Dina, and others.

The story revolves around a woman who owns liver restaurants that she inherited from her father, but she soon falls in love and changes her life.

The series is written by Eyad Ibrahim and directed by Mohamed Bakir.

Moreover, the 54-year-old actress has also an upcoming project in development. It is a mystery/thriller film “Hafla 9” (Party 9), during which she plays Rose, a ballerina dancer.

The plot revolves around a murder mystery and figuring out who the killer is throughout the film, which is scheduled to be premiered in the coming period.

The movie also stars Tarek Lotfy, Ahmed Wafik, Mahmoud El-Bezzawy, Tarek Sabri, Nihal Anber, Kamal Abu Raya, and others.

It is directed by Abdel Moniem Rabea.

Coronavirus… Heavy Guest for Ramadan 2020 Drama Season

Dozens of drama producers faced difficult to complete shooting drama productions that were set to participate in the Ramadan 2020 drama marathon, due to the Coronavirus.

This Ramadan season witnesses the participation of many celebrities including, Nabila Ebeid, Nadia El Gendy, Haifa Wehbe, Dorra Zarrouk, Lekaa Elkhamissi, Ahmed Fahmy, Akram Hosny, Asser Yassin, Nelly Karim, Amir Karara, Yasser Galal, and others.

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus a global pandemic on March 11 as the new virus has rapidly spread to more than 121,000 people from Asia to the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

The data collected so far showed that at least 38,49,021 people are infected and about 26,59,05 people have died.

It is worth mentioning that Abdel Razek, born on July 6, 1965, studied computer science at Cairo University. She started her career on television with several appearances in television commercials.

She started getting film roles in the early 1990s and scored her first sizable film role in Mohamed Abd Al Aziz’s “Lamadah” (Chatterbox) in 1999.

Abdel Razek is known for her appearances in “Amanah Ya Leil,” (Oh Please, Night), “Aailat Al Hajj Metwaly,” (The Hajj Metwally Family) “Nijoom Kol Youm,” “Wadi Al Feran,” (Valley of the rats), “Dahab Qishra,” (Fake Gold), “Seraa Al Aqwiyaa,” (Clash of the Strong) and “Al Ala wa Al Nas.”

She is also known for her performances in the theatrical productions such as “Al Ikhwa Al Andal” (The Wicked Brothers), and “Houda Karama.”

In 2003, she took part in the Ramadan trivia show “Farah Farah,” (Joy Joy) and in 2012 starred in the popular Ramadan drama “Ma’a Sabq Al Israr” (premeditation).

Abdel Razek repeated the successful experiment with director Mohamed Samy in the following year in “Hekayet Kayat” (The Story of Hayat).

She is one of the celebrities, who prefer to choose bold, exotic, and unconventional looks, and tends most of the time to appear with youthful looks with noisy colors that do not fit with her age, which subject her to criticism by the users of social network sites.
