In his speech during the celebration of the Egyptian Judiciary Day, Sisi extended his sincere appreciation and respect to former President Adly Mansour, “whose participation, contribution and leadership of the state in the most difficult times were appreciated and respected by all Egyptians.”

The President also hailed roles played by all judges across the country, noting that he had the honor to have his brother within the judiciary.

“I’ve learned from my brother, working for Judiciary, the role, status, and path required by justice in Egypt,” said Sisi during his speech.

He added that “When I assumed responsibility, it was an extension of my understanding and belief that I used to know."

Sisi affirmed that the judiciary is one of the main authorities of the state and has a unique prestigious position, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.

"The effective and efficient organization and administration of justice is a key issue in building a state of law for which the constitution guarantees the independence of the judiciary and makes its independence a barrier to any interference in its work or any influence exercised on it.
