GIU for Applied Sciences Honors Highest Ranking High School Graduates

The German International University for Applied Sciences (GIU) in the new administrative capital will organize a grand celebration to honor the highest ranking high school students under the auspices of doctor Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on Monday 9th of September.

Matthias Knaout, President of the University, Mohamed El-Shennawy, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education for International Relations and International Agreements, and Dr. Mohamed El-Tayeb, Assistant Minister and leaders of the Ministry of Higher Education will also be in attendance at the ceremony taking place at El-Gomhorya Newspaper.

Highest ranking High School Graduates

The university allocated scholarships for the highest ranking High School students across the state, who add up to 34 students. The scholarships fully apply to these students throughout their educational years in the university until they earn their bachelor degrees in any of the following colleges: engineering college with the fields of “car engineering, energy, manufacturing, mechanical and robotics”. Information schools pided into (applied calculation sciences and program engineering).

College of Business Administration specializing in "Finance and Banking Sciences - Small and Medium Enterprises - International Management - Tourism and Hospitality - Project and Construction Management - Ports and Airports Management - Logistics - Real Estate Management - Digital Marketing".

The College of Design with its specializations "Fashion Design, Jewelry, Industrial Design". The acceptance will come after the students who applied pass the IQ test, in addition to an English exam and a skills test.
