GERD Talks Are Going Well: Aboul Enein

Egyptian prominent businessman Mohamed Aboul Enein said that Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has managed to sound alarm over Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) file before the international community during United Nations (UN) General Assembly meetings.

In an exclusive interview to Egyptian magazine "The Economist", He also added that El Sisi has reviewed the Egyptian point of view regarding GERD crisis with full credibility in order to maintain the strong relations among the black continent’s countries and their unity.

Moreover, Aboul Enein revealed that he held meetings with General-Secretary of the UN António Guterres, as well as a number of senior US officials, during which he discussed the negative impact of GERD on Egypt.

He also revealed that Guterres vowed to find a way out of this crisis and to consider it as a top priority.

The businessman also stressed that GERD talks are currently going well in the presence of a US mediation as a partner to solve the crisis.

It is worth mentioning that, Aboul Enein is a high- profile industrialist with a great economic mindset. He is the founder of the “Cleopatra” group, which is considered one of the 4 most important industrial and economic edifices in the whole world; his products are exported to more than 110 countries around the world.

His life is a long chain of success and a challenging journey for an Egyptian youth from a middle-class family who managed to reach the utmost fame. His name is engraved with letters of light in the world economic record.

He also won dozens of international awards from Japan, America, and Italy.
