French Economy and Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire is set to arrive in Cairo next Sunday evening for a two-day visit.
The French Ministry of Economy stated, in a statement today, that the visit will be an opportunity to strengthen Egyptian-French economic and industrial relations and to follow up on cooperation projects agreed upon between the two sides.
It added that Minister Le Maire will meet next Monday with senior officials, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, and a number of economic group ministers.
The ministry explained that the French minister will discuss, during the meetings, the global economic situation and the repercussions of the war in Ukraine.
