Foreignors in Egypt private rate falls by 4.1 %

The number of foreigners working in private companies in Egypt, fall to 13,469 foreignors in 2017 down from 14,045 in 2016, CAPMAS announced on Sunday.

The vast majority of foreign labour mainly came from Non-Arab Asian countries, composing about  38.8 % of total foreignors working in the private investment sector in Egypt.

 Non-Arab Asian employees came mostly from India 28.4% and Bangladesh 28.2% according to Ahram online.

40.4% of the total number of foreignors working in Egypt are new employees, while the rest renewed exisiting contracts.
