The Alexandrian club revealed through the official Facebook account the results of the medical swab test and stated that the team's Football Director Ibrahim Hassan has tested positive for COVID-19.

“The Board of Directors of Al Ittihad Al Sakandari headed by Mohamed Moselhy wishes a speedy recovery to Ibrahim Hassan, first team football director, following his recent infection with Coronavirus," the club stated on Facebook.
