First Half Ends: Generation Foot Scores Goal Against Zamalek

Senegalese champions Generation foot are currently enjoying the upper hand against Zamalek, leading the scoring with one clean goal in the 12th minute by Mamy Lemoly.

Zamalek started the match strong but failed to make a lasting impression as the field and weather conditions greatly affected the players. The only goal of the half was scored after Lemoly penetrated though the Zamalek defenses, placing the ball on the far right corner of Abo Gabal's goal.

The White giants were on their way to conceive a second goal after Tarek Hamed failed to clear the ball from the Zamalek goal, which rebounded into the far left corner from the outside net.
