FIFA officially informed Al Ahly that Mohamed Abdel Meniom "Kahraba" can resume his participation with the team after the end of his suspension.

The six-month suspension came to an end yesterday, January 11, therefore, he can participate with his team once again.

It is expected that the player would participate in Al-Ahly's game against Port-Said-based club Al Masry tomorrow at Borg Al Arab Stadium.

Last year, FIFA announced fining the Al-Ahly winger for terminating his contract with Zamalek to join the Portuguese CD Aves.

FIFA sent a letter to Al Zamalek informing the club of the final outcome of the case they filed against the player, CD Aves, and Ahly.

The final court rule confirmed that CD Aves is responsible for the payment of the aforementioned compensation with Kahraba.

FIFA's letter said: "The respondent 1, Mahmoud Abdelmonem Soliman (Kahraba), has to pay to the claimant the following amount: EGP 32,837,175 as compensation for breach of contract without just cause plus 5% interest on said amount as from 6 January until the date of effective payment."
